Sharp Shinned or Cooper’s or Broad Winged Hawk

Best guess is that this is a Sharp Shinned Hawk. Other guesses are the Cooper’s Hawk and the Broad-Winged Hawk. Perching in the middle of a tree in the rain and snow of Minnesota’s first day of May.
